How long does it take to receive my Text-o-graph?
Digital files are usually e-mailed to you in 3 to 4 business days. Poster prints will ship from our printing facility in 4 to 5 business days.

Can I have a poster print delivered as a gift?
Yes! When placing your order, you are asked if your billing and shipping addresses are the same.  If you would like it shipped somewhere other than your billing address, simply provide the correct shipping address. All orders are shipped without any mention of price.

Can I e-mail you my photograph instead of using the upload form?

Do you ship Internationally?
We accept International orders for digital Text-o-graph files only.  At this time we do not ship poster prints outside of the United States.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes your credit card information is safe. All transactions are handled by PayPal on their secure servers.
